Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order (These are stated in the top right hand corner of the product page). For a full breakdown of the available deliver services for a specific product then please refer to the delivery tab on the products page.

Lead times for standard services may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

Please Note: Additional items such as the plastic shed bases, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver the majority of our products on an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please follow the aftersales link below to receive updates and resolve any issues that may have occurred.

Are All Deliveries Free?

Free delivery is available on all Mainland UK orders. What qualifies as 'Mainland UK' is always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

We always recommend that customers should be home for their deliveries as a signature is normally required, however certain manufacturers will make exceptions if specific procedures are followed as stated on their product pages.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
