A garden furniture cover for a 6 seater rectangular patio set. U.V tested and water resistant with a wipe clean surface. Built in drawstrings are included to help secure your cover to the set.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all Oren products.

Oren Furniture Delivery

Oren garden furniture has a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of a product page.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a phone call within 3 working days to book in your delivery slot. We offer an AM or PM delivery window with a text message 30 minutes before arrival on the day of your delivery. Smaller furniture sets may not require a call, in which case you will receive a delivery notification via text message the day before your delivery.

Our standard furniture delivery includes: Items being checked and inspected before dispatch. We advise you to check the items again upon delivery before the driver leaves your premises. This will enable us to rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas, this includes but is not limited to; Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Oren Accessories

All Oren accessories have a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of their product page.

If an accessory is purchased alongside other items we may deliver all items together. In which case please refer to the longest lead time on your order.

This delivery method refers to Oren products such as furniture covers, barbecues, fire pits and smaller parasols.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

If I order today, when will I receive my item?

If you order today, one of our customer services team will contact you within 72 hours to discuss the delivery service and to confirm when we will dispatch your item. Currently all our items have an estimated delivery date in weeks, which will help you to make an informed choice. We aim to deliver in-stock items within 7-14 working days.

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Can you do weekend deliveries?

At present we are unable to offer a weekend deliveries.

I am only going to be available to take delivery at a certain time of day. What delivery services are available?

Some of our delivery services offer a time slot on the day of delivery. For this service you will be contacted via phone to arrange a time. Please contact us for more specific delivery information as this service applies to specific ranges only.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery to most UK postcodes addresses is completely free of charge! For customers further afield, we normally apply a surcharge to the total value at the checkout. These areas include Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

Please Note: If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.

Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

♦ Pick a day delivery is subject to availability. Postcode must match your delivery address, otherwise the delivery date may not be available. Pick a Day delivery is not available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates. Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are also not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery.
