Description

The Loxley Umbriel Arbour is a light and airy arbour with open sides that provides seating for two people, so you can enjoy a cup of tea, a good book or just simply the view on your garden with your favourite person. The integral seating with sloping back and arm rests on both sides add to the comfort. The arbour is constructed from tongue and groove timber over a 34mm framing with open sides and back. The roof is constructed from shiplap cladding. All timber is pressure treated to protect against rot, is certified sustainably sourced.

Made from timber that has been pressure treated, this protects the timber in our products from rot & fungal decay and will keep your building looking fresher for longer! We recommend the application of an additional exterior wood stain, paint or water repellent to make the product more water resistant.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Loxley products.

Standard Delivery

A Following your order being processed you will receive an SMS text message introducing ourselves with an invitation to visit our dedicated delivery booking website where you can select your own delivery date. Our Customer Care team will attempt to contact any customers that have not booked a delivery date within 24hrs of this SMS being sent to offer further assistance.

You will then receive another SMS text message the working day before your delivery date with a 4 hour time slot to give you a good indication of when your order will arrive.

A final SMS will be sent to you the morning of your delivery with a link to track your delivery in real time. This means you will have a more accurate indication of when your order will arrive whilst being made fully aware of any unexpected delays.

Following delivery a confirmation will be sent to you for your reference as proof of delivery.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.

Installation Service

Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes and the lead time is normally between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods this lead-time may increase.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the email please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your shed in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 8am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.

Please Note: Additional items such as the plastic shed bases, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.

Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

Pick a Day delivery is not available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates. Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are also not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery.
