Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services Moorvalley Garden Furniture offer on this product.

Standard Delivery

Lead times for our standard delivery service is stated at the top of this product page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time. We always aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

Standard Delivery is a ‘kerb side’ service, so goods maybe left ‘kerb side’ outside the property if no one is available to accept/sign for them. If the courier is unable to deliver on the date booked due to insufficient access, or lack of a safe place to leave the pallet should there be no one available to sign, they will return the order to the depot.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly

This premium service is only available on select products and will be stated in the Key Features if applicable. Lead times are stated at the top of this product page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. We always aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

Our White Glove delivery service includes; items delivered, checked and inspected, full assembled & positioned in an area of your choice.

Once an order has been placed customers will be contacted to book in delivery prior to the delivery date.

Please Note The following postcodes are undeliverable as standard and require an additional charge in order to deliver. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.

Please Note: Additional items such as the plastic shed bases, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.

Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

♦ Pick a day delivery is subject to availability. Postcode must match your delivery address, otherwise the delivery date may not be available. Pick a Day delivery is not available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates. Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are also not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery.
