We aim to deliver all Oren rattan garden furniture as soon as possible. Normally we deliver within 7-21 working days. On certain ranges we will contact you with 48 hours of your order being placed to arrange a convenient delivery day. Other Oren products such as covers or shelving are delivered Next Day when ordered before 2pm on a Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays, UK mainland only). We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
All our products include Free Delivery to most UK postcodes. Other areas may incur a delivery charge, this will be clarified during the checkout process. Typically areas that incur additional charges are, but not limited to, remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands. If you are unsure please contact us for a quote before you place your order.
Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas, this includes but not limited to; Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.
Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
White Glove Delivery, Assembly & Packaging Removal
Our premium white glove delivery service includes; items delivered, checked and inspected, full assembled & positioned in an area of your choice. All packaging is then removed.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a phone call within 3 working days to book in your white glove delivery slot. We offer a 2-3 hour delivery window with a phone call and text message on the day of your delivery.
NOTICE: Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 this upgraded delivery service is unavailable until further notice. Our standard kerbside delivery method is still in operation.
If I order today, when will I receive my item?
If you order today, one of our customer services team will contact you within 72 hours to discuss the delivery service and to confirm when we will dispatch your item. Currently all our items have an estimated delivery date in weeks, which will help you to make an informed choice. We aim to deliver in-stock items within 7-14 working days.
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact before the day to make alternative arrangements.
Can you do weekend deliveries?
At present we are unable to offer a weekend deliveries.
I am only going to be available to take delivery at a certain time of day. What delivery services are available?
Some of our delivery services offer a time slot on the day of delivery. For this service you will be contacted via phone to arrange a time. Please contact us for more specific delivery information as this service applies to specific ranges only.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery to most UK postcodes addresses is completely free of charge! For customers further afield, we normally apply a surcharge to the total value at the checkout. These areas include Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
Please Note: If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
