If you’re struggling to find time to construct your garden building or would like a hassle free service, you can use our home installation service. Our professional team will ensure your building is constructed safely and to the highest standard.

Installation is available on many of our products for most of the Mainland UK and the lead time is normally between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. In busy periods this lead-time may increase. Please check the product page or contact us for more details.

Please note that some products can be ordered and delivered within 48 hours first, however Installation will always take place at a later stage. Our installation service only applies to the installation of the shed only and doesn't include any accessories or application of wood treatment unless otherwise arranged.

The fully trained installation team will arrive at an agreed time and will ask if you have any additional questions before they begin their work. When the team has finished, they will ask you to check over the product to ensure that you are completely happy with the installation. All debris and rubbish will be removed from site after the installation has been carried out by our team.

Will the installation team treat my building?

If your building comes pre-treated, then this will be done in our factory (check the product description if you are unsure). If your building comes untreated then we do offer wood treatment with most of our buildings at an additional cost. Please note that the installation team will only erect the shed and install windows and roof felt, they will not apply the wood treatment to your building.

Why do you not deliver and install the building on the same day?

We want to give you the opportunity to be 100% happy with your new building and allow you time to get a suitable and level base ready for your building. If your building is delivered, and you aren't happy with the building we offer a 14 day, no quibble, 100% money back guarantee

Home Installation is available to everywhere in the UK excluding those in the exclusion table.

Upon placing your order, a member of our delivery team will contact you with an offer of an installation date (normally 24-48 hours prior to proposed delivery date). You can then address any delivery problems with the team as required before accepting the proposed date to your satisfaction.

Important Base Preparation

A flat level base needs to be in situ before any installation can take place. For your base to be considered suitable it MUST be 100% solid, level, flat and of the correct size. Failure to prepare your base correctly will result in aborted Installation and may occur additional costs. Please Note: A minimum of a 60cm gap is required all the way around the building, free of plant life and obstructions. Failure to provide sufficient space for your building may result in an aborted installation.
