The La Hacienda Easy Log Fuel is ideal to use inside your firepit or chimenea and you simply light the bag and leave it.
The La Hacienda Easy Log Fuel are smokeless wood briquettes suitable for use with open fires and chimeneas. Easylogs are 1KG blocks made of recycled wood particles bound by wax. Easy to light and use, they are environmentally friendly. Simply light both ends of the wrapper. Ideal for use in chimeneas, wood stoves and open fires. One log burns for up to two hours.
The La Hacienda Easy Log Fuel is home delivered for ultimate convenience, removing the hassle of going out to a garden centre. Our fast and free* delivery service ensures you have it delivered as fast as possible.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on La Hacienda products.
Standard Delivery
Delivery of all La Hacienda garden products is done via a standard kerbside delivery service. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm (Mon-Fri). Larger items may be delivered on a pallet. If you have provided a mobile number then you should receive delivery updates as your order progresses. If you have not received communication prior to the end of your lead time, please contact our customer service team.
Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Please Note:Damages & Shortages - Any damages or shortages on delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. For damages - photos must be supplied.
Delivery FAQ
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
