The 7' x 5' Newent Summer House is an extremely popular summerhouse due to its styling and great price. This is a very versatile building suitable as a summer house, hobby room or somewhere to dine on a cool summer evening. The practical, joinery quality, acrylic glazed double doors feature a traditional gate latch. It is constructed on sturdy 34mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, certified sustainably sourced, slow grown northern European pine with OSB roof and T&G floor. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
