If you place an order over the phone, our customer advisor will securely process your payment through our checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Public & Business Orders

We accept official purchase orders from businesses, public sector organisations and registered charities, including schools, NHS organisations, government departments, local authorities and the Armed Forces. Please provide an official purchase order containing the products required, purchase order number, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number and email address.
