We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times and available delivery services vary by product, so please check the individual product page for the latest estimated delivery time before ordering.

For full details of the delivery services available for a specific product, please refer to the delivery information shown on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered and the delivery service selected. During particularly busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, delivery may take a little longer. We always work with our suppliers and delivery partners to keep delays to a minimum.

Please note: Additional items such as shed bases, security products and shelving may be delivered separately from your main garden building. If you order multiple products, your order may therefore arrive in more than one delivery.

Delivery FAQ

My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

The majority of our products are delivered using an all-day delivery service, typically between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not arrived when expected, please visit our After Sales Care page for information on delivery updates and what to do next.

Are all deliveries free?

Free UK delivery is available to most postcodes. Delivery availability and any additional charges are determined by the product, supplier and delivery postcode. Where a delivery charge applies, this will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Our Pick a Day delivery service is available on selected products and will be clearly shown within the delivery information on qualifying product pages.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

We recommend that someone is available to accept the delivery, as a signature may be required. Some suppliers may allow alternative arrangements where specific delivery instructions have been agreed in advance. Please refer to the delivery information on the relevant product page for details.

Will I need to help the delivery driver?

No. You should not need to assist the driver with unloading your order, and we ask that you do not attempt to help with the delivery or unloading of heavy items. The delivery team will handle the items in accordance with the delivery service provided.

What if my property has restricted access?

Most of our deliveries are made to the kerbside or nearest accessible point. Delivery drivers are not normally able to carry products through your home or property. A driver may offer to move an order further, such as towards a back garden, but this is entirely at their discretion and should not be relied upon.

If your property has restricted access, narrow roads, limited parking or any other potential delivery restrictions, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you.
