On rare occasions and due to the complexity of our garden buildings, there can be missing parts from orders.

Please don't panic, make sure you thoroughly check your shed and refer to your manual for the part number. Make a note of the missing part number and let us know. We will send out the missing part as soon as possible free of charge.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day, however, during busy periods this may be longer.

Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

Pick a Day delivery is not available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates.
