The La Hacienda Illusion Falls Water Feature Inc LEDS brings a sense of calm and tranquillity to any outdoor space.

This water feature is suitable for even the smallest of gardens, this stunning water feature creates a gentle sound as the water cascades down the three-tiered bowls that are designed to look as if they are continuously flowing into one another. Made of lightweight poly-resin, this water feature mimics natural stone and is hand-finished for a realistic appearance. Built-in LED lights ensure this fountain remains a feature of your garden day or night.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on La Hacienda products.

Standard Delivery

Delivery of all La Hacienda garden products is done via a standard kerbside delivery service. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm (Mon-Fri). Larger items may be delivered on a pallet. If you have provided a mobile number then you should receive delivery updates as your order progresses. If you have not received communication prior to the end of your lead time, please contact our customer service team.

Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.

Please Note:Damages & Shortages - Any damages or shortages on delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. For damages - photos must be supplied.

Delivery FAQ

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.

I've yet to receive the shed, but communications have been good. I got a text a few days after ordering for me to book a delivery date. Price seemed very good I thought, given that a similar one bought through a nationwide building supplies firm would have been £100 more expensive
