Description
This stylish Loxley 16' x 6' Stanton Summer House With Side Shed with its versatile design, cleverly incorporates a separate storage room and is a valuable addition to your outdoor living. Eaves height of around 7 ft high, this summer house provides a very comfortable, spacious interior. This modern garden room is perfect for summer dining and relaxing.
The joinery made double doors are fitted with a mortice lock and the single door has a padbolt ready for your own padlock. The double doors and fixed windows are glazed with styrene safety glazing. The building is constructed on mighty 44mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, approved, slow grown pine. The floor and roof are 12mm matching T&G boards and the roof comes with mineral felt supplied.
The summerhouse is supplied with a honey brown dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain. Our picture illustrates what can be achieved with decoration. When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. If factory installation is selected: Your building will be delivered and installed onto your prepared site. This needs to be flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Loxley products.
Standard Delivery
Following your order being processed you will receive an SMS text message introducing ourselves with an invitation to visit our dedicated delivery booking website where you can select your own delivery date. Our Customer Care team will attempt to contact any customers that have not booked a delivery date within 24hrs of this SMS being sent to offer further assistance.
You will then receive another SMS text message the working day before your delivery date with a 4 hour time slot to give you a good indication of when your order will arrive.
A final SMS will be sent to you the morning of your delivery with a link to track your delivery in real time. This means you will have a more accurate indication of when your order will arrive whilst being made fully aware of any unexpected delays.
Following delivery a confirmation will be sent to you for your reference as proof of delivery.
Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Installation Service
Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes and the lead time is normally between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods this lead-time may increase.
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the email please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your shed in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

We deliver between 8am and 7pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.
