If you don't have the time to construct your garden building or would prefer a hassle-free service, installation is available on many of our products. Our professional installation teams will ensure your building is constructed safely and to a high standard.
Home installation is available on many of our garden buildings across most of mainland UK. Installation times vary by product and location, so please check the individual product page for the latest availability and estimated lead time.
Please note that delivery and installation may take place on different days. Our installation service covers the assembly of the garden building and does not include accessories or the application of wood treatment unless otherwise stated or arranged.
The installation team will arrive on the agreed date and will give you an opportunity to ask any questions before work begins. Once the installation is complete, you will be able to inspect your new garden building and the completed installation.
Will the installation team treat my building?
If your garden building is supplied pre-treated, this will normally have been completed during manufacture. Please check the individual product description for details. Wood treatment is also available as an optional extra with selected buildings.
Unless otherwise stated, the installation team will assemble the building and fit components included as part of the installation service, but will not apply additional wood treatment.
Why are delivery and installation on different days?
Delivery and installation may be carried out separately to give you an opportunity to check your garden building after delivery and ensure that a suitable, level base is ready before the installation team arrives.
Home installation is available across most of the UK. Any product or postcode restrictions will be shown during the ordering process where applicable.

Where installation has been selected, you will be contacted to arrange your installation date. Please ensure that any access requirements or potential restrictions are raised before the installation takes place.
Important Base Preparation
A flat and level base must be in place before installation can take place. Your base must be solid, level, flat and the correct size for your garden building. An unsuitable or incorrectly prepared base may result in the installation being unable to proceed and additional charges may apply.

Please note: A minimum clearance of 60cm is required around the building, free from plants, fences and other obstructions. Insufficient access or clearance may prevent the installation from taking place.
