Proudly handmade in the UK, the Dawlish is a contemporary summerhouse featuring lockable bi-fold doors across the front of the building. For the safety of you and your family, this garden room is glazed with acrylic safety glazing. To compliment the fully glazed front there are fixed side windows. This summer house is constructed on strong 44mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, certified sustainably sourced northern European pine. The roof and floor are both T&G boards. The window and doors are traditional, joinery made quality and of a storm resistant design. The Summerhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
