Adley 12' x 8' Cambridge Summer House With Side Shed

The 12' x 8' Contemporary Summerhouse with Side Shed blends stylish outdoor living with practical storage, making it a versatile addition to any garden. Featuring an integrated side shed for keeping tools and garden essentials neatly stored away, the modular design allows the shed to be positioned on either side of the summerhouse to best suit your outdoor space. The elegant bi-fold doors open fully to create a seamless connection with the garden, offering the perfect setting for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying the outdoors.

Expertly manufactured in the UK using sustainably sourced and responsibly regulated timber, this summerhouse is built to last. The walls are constructed from durable 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove cladding, designed to interlock tightly for enhanced strength and weather resistance. High-quality tongue and groove boards are also used for the roof and floor, creating a sturdy, hard-wearing structure. A robust mineral felt covering is included to provide additional protection against the elements.

Inside, the summerhouse feels bright and inviting thanks to two full-length fixed windows and three glazed doors that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. The glazing is made from shatterproof styrene, offering a safer alternative to traditional glass while maintaining a clear, attractive finish.

Supplied with strong fixtures and fittings, this summerhouse also comes with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, alongside a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. To maintain the validity of the guarantee, the building should be treated after installation and annually thereafter with a high-quality timber preservative and waterproof top coat.
