All Deliveries
Following your order being placed, we will contact you via SMS or email (both methods are used if supplied) to offer you a delivery date. Simply follow the instructions provided to confirm or change your delivery date. A date will be automatically selected if not confirmed within 2 days of receiving an offer. During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer than the suggested lead time. We always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.
We will contact you the day before your delivery date by SMS with a three hour delivery time slot. We aim to meet these delivery times but delays may still occur. You will also receive a phone call from our driver 30 minutes before they arrive.
Log Cabin Delivery
Due to the large size of Log Cabins, deliveries have to be made on larger vehicles such as a HIAB truck. Log Cabins come flat packed on a number of pallets and are delivered to the kerbside, driveway or front garden. We will ensure that your order is delivered to the nearest point to your property that is adjacent to the roadway, subject to it being legal for us to park and clear of obstructions. We would suggest that if a fire engine can access the delivery point, then so can our vehicle.
Please Note: Deliveries of Log Cabins or large items may incur an additional delivery fee in certain locations.
Installation Service
Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes, and the service varies depending on the product. If home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installation team to arrange an installation date. This service will normally be booked between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods, this lead-time may increase.
