The classic Penare Summerhouse is the perfect centrepiece for your garden and would make a very special outdoor dining room. With so much glazing the Penare is full of natural light and the higher eaves height provides a very comfortable space. The high quality lockable double doors and fixed windows are all a traditional, joinery made, storm resistant design with glass glazing. This stunning garden room is constructed on heavy duty 44mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, certified sustainably sourced, northern European pine. The roof and floor are both 12mm tongue and groove boards. The Summer house is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
