The design of the stunning, handmade Helston Summerhouse really stands out from other summer houses! Its signature curved roof has many advantages both shedding rainwater effectively but also gives an unobtrusive roof line. This garden room is perfect for reading, dining or relaxing! The lockable door opens out to the front with a small canopy over. There are four opening glass windows to provide lots of ventilation. The building is constructed on sturdy 34mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, certified sustainably sourced, slow grown pine. The floor is 12mm T&G boards and the roof is 12mm Plywood with mineral felt supplied to complete the exterior. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
