The very practical Loxley 6' x 8' Shiplap Potting Shed creates a lovely hobby room and looks great in the garden too. A useful potting bench across the front is included. The big window at the front is glazed with acrylic for safety and the opening side window is glass. There is a lockable single door to the side. It is constructed from high grade 12mm shiplap cladding to the walls and tongue and groove boards to roof and floor all on strong 44mm strong framing. Mineral roof felt, fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. The shed has been dipped with a base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your own preference.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
