A modern summerhouse that is both attractive and practucal, the Alvechurch has double doors which open out to the front and a large opening side window which can go on either side. The windows and doors are glazed in acrylic for your safety. It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, certified sustainably sourced, northern European pine with T&G roof and floor. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
