With its traditional joinery quality Georgian windows and door, the Broadway Summerhouse With Veranda makes a lovely feature in any garden or on any patio. Ideal as a place to relax in the summer and a place to store your garden furniture in the winter, the Broadway is a great addition. The single door features a classic gate latch and there are two opening windows; all glazing is glass. It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, certified sustainably sourced, northern European pine with T&G roof and floor. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.
When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
