Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on this Powersheds product.

Log Cabin Delivery

All our products include Free Delivery to most UK Mainland postcodes. Other areas may incur a delivery charge; this will be clarified during the checkout process. Typically, areas that incur additional charges are, but not limited to, remote areas of Scotland, the Isle of White & Guernsey.

We will contact you before delivery to agree on a suitable delivery date. For Log Cabin orders, you will be sent an email to provide more information on the delivery process. If you have given a mobile number, when the item is scanned onto a delivery vehicle, you may be sent a text from the courier – please note the item can be scanned onto a vehicle at any point throughout the day (it could be on a morning run or an afternoon run). While every effort is made to provide this tracking information, it is not a guaranteed service.

Sheds and other products are delivered kerbside. Where the delivery is made is down to the delivery driver’s discretion (although they are usually very helpful).

Once delivered, please check your order against the component list before installation.

Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.

Installation Service

Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes, and the lead time is normally between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods, this lead-time may increase.

Please Note: Additional items may be delivered separately on a different day from your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order, then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you do need to be home for your delivery unless prior agreement has been made with the manufacturer via email. We do request that the driver contact you before arriving, as well; this will be at their discretion. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your shed in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help, and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries, and therefore, we ask you NOT to help or try to help our drivers while they make a delivery.

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders to your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance, a back garden, but this is ONLY at their own discretion. Please be aware that the pallet truck cannot go up or down stairs or across gravel or grass; therefore, depending on access, the driver will be unable to take it much further than the pavement/driveway. If you have any questions about access or if you live in a restricted access zone, please contact us before ordering.

We deliver between 8am and 6pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected, please click here.
